Give your old Currie scooter a major tune up! Our 400w BMC Brushless motor will work on most Currie, Schwinn, Mongoose & Izip 24 volt scooters with brushless motors. It will require a throttle (SD-200 throttle) if you currently use a brush type motor with a twist throttle. This is one of the original 24 volt Currie high torque electric scooter motors. This motor was stock on the Currie Phat Flyer SE, FS Lightning, and several other Currie Scooters (GT, Mongoose, Schwinn). This motor will work with right hand, chain drive (chain #25) Currie, GT, Scwhinn, Izip & Mongoose Scooters. The BMC 24 Volt 400 Watt motor is a brushless motor, and works with our SD-200 thumb throttle. If you want to upgrade a scooter that has a brush motor with twist throttle (Hall Effect), you will need to purchase an SD-200 throttle. The 400 watt BMC motor has plenty of torque, and some serious top end. It will not dissapoint! |
